I know these things because I've invited him to assist at all of my NLP & Hypnosis trainings in the UK since 1998. Dave has consistently participated 110% with his unique mix of knowledge, experience and open-mindedness that in my opinion -- are essential in any truly talented facilitator.
Dave has a unique talent in doing facilitation work, and I say it's unique because I work hard to lead my students towards being able to do what Dave seems to do automatically well: he has a way of leading someone gently and conversationally into and through one of several optimal changes or solutions, determining which fits best, and then offering that to you before you ever noticed the change was made and tested. The appearance is that he's a miracle worker. Knowing some of the methodology behind it, I wouldn't call it miraculous, I'd just call it exceptionally talented.
